1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Returns must be requested within:

  • 7 days of receiving the item (standard products)

  • 24–48 hours for damaged or faulty items


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care items

  • Cosmetics and beauty products

  • Underwear or intimate wear

  • Perishable goods (food, etc.)

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable

3. Return Process

To start a return:

Items must be returned with:

  • Original tags

  • Original packaging

  • All included accessories (if any)


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), Grabzo will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a customer decision (change of mind, wrong size ordered), you may be responsible for return shipping fees.


5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after:

  • The returned item is received

  • It is inspected and approved by our team

Refunds are processed in one of the following ways:

  • Original payment method (if applicable)

  • Store credit / coupon (optional if you want to offer this)

  • Bank transfer (if necessary)

Refund processing time:

  • 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange:

  • We can replace the item with the same product (if available)

  • If unavailable, store credit or a refund can be issued


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
